Do you want your demo reel seen by the world. Then look no further then Creative COW's video hosting web site. It is free for you to post your reel. And if that is not enough, you can keep the quality of your reel as pristine as you had it originally. They do not compress it down once you upload it like other sites do. You are also given a 100mb size limit and can make your reel up to 900 pixels in width if you want.
