As for jittery credits I've found that the best solution is to use a Sans-serif font and to slow down the credits so they don't move as fast. Hope this helps and best of luck.

I tried to play your quick tips FCP video at "moving with motion", but got a repeated error message. Really would like to see it, since it promises to solve quite a few of my lonely editing problems!!!!

Am also getting a lot of jitter on title rolls, but none of the internet solutions seem to be working for me. Tried bold font, darker grey letters,,, etc etc. De-interlacfing, de-flicker, you name it, but not luck.
